The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by REXI and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to documents you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.
AI Usage & Zero-Retention
REXI uses highly advanced AI models to assist with your document review. Our platform is built on a "Privacy-First" architecture:
- Ephemeral Processing: Your documents are processed in volatile memory. We do not store your uploaded files on persistent storage.
- No Model Training: We do not use your personal documents or sensitive legal data to train or fine-tune our AI models or third-party models.
- Session Expiry: Analysis results are associated with temporary sessions or secure, encrypted shared IDs only at your explicit request.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which REXI operates.
For international users, you agree that any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with international commercial arbitration rules.
